Hi There, Have A Female Yellow High Morph Leopard Gecko, The Past Day Shes Been Acting Strange. I Mean Strange As In Digging Frequently And Trying To Get Out Of Her Tank, Shes Been Climbing On The Plants I Have In Her Tank Trying To Like Stretch Up. Its Just The Digging I,m Concerned About, Done Some Research To Find Out What Could Be Wrong .. Most Sites Have Indicated Pregnancy, But She Hasn't Been Bred As Far As I Know, Unless She Was Bred Before I Got Her. Tanks Constantly At 80 Degrees Farenheit, She Always Has A Bowl Full Of Water For Both Drinking And Soaking, She Has A Hide With Moist Moss On The Hot Side And Her Pool On The Other. Cant Think What could Be Wrong With Her.

Do You Guys Have Any Ideas?

Thanks In Advance, Regards.

first things first you need to up one side of her tank up to around 90 degrees. they need a warm side (90 degrees) and a cool side (80) to thermo regulate.

now she could be ovulating or she could have eggs inside her but they are not fertile. many females will lay infertile eggs even if they have never mated. that could be one reason for the digging and such. but it could be a handful of other reasons.

Read Your Post There, She Has Both A Hot Side And A Cooler Side, A Few Minutes Ago While I Was Reading Your Post She Made Like A Squealing/Chirping Noise, Infact Since I Got Her Shes Never Made Any Noise At All. As A First Time Gecko Owner I,m Kinda Still Learning, Im Kinda Stumped.

Any Feedback
