Leopard gecko ate watermelon

Is this ok? I didn't mean to feed it to her. I put the watermelon in her cage so the crickets could nipple on it. My female seemed to like it though. She ate one piece the ate the second. Should i be concerned with this???:main_huh:

Is it recommended to give them fruit occasionally? If so I might try doing that. Seems like a nice treat during the hot summer months.

That's cute! A gecko that likes watermelon. I tried giving a bit of carrot to gecko some years ago, he spat it out like its the most disgusting stuff in the world, lol.

My geckos love a bit of baby food (fruity) with honey blended in. We give this on occassion. They go crazy

Yeah I have a female gecko that absolutely adores peach baby food. I get the organic kind that is for stage one babies. It can be messy but I mix in calcium and vitamins and it is a great treat.
