Ok im more used to the ball python world but let me make sure im getting this. They will all be normals each 100% double het for albino and blizzard?
And the normals might have a little hypo/tangerine coloring to them?

You got it. Leopard Gecko Wiki is a pretty good resource to help with breeding plans, there is a big list of morphs, tells you which are recessive, dominant, or codominant and also what the combination morphs are made up of.

oh so let me just be sure ALL of the normal looking ones would all be 100% double het (both carrying 100%) of each gene, not just normals mixed in with 100% hets?

But then what happens to the SHTCT genes?

SHTCT is a line-bred trait, not "genetic" in the true sense of what you're getting at. Hypomelanism, Tangerine coloration, and Carrot tail can only be produced or enhanced through breeding visually alike animals together. There are no "het" SHTCTs.
