Leopard gecko getting ready to breed

Hey, i was just wondering what is the best thing to get my female leopard gecko big and fat for next breeding season. I heard hornworms are really good however i don't have any in the area i am in.

A couple breeders in my area told me that they use "red hot" pinkie mice right after a clutch is laid to get them back up to a good weight for the next one. But not to over do it because they are really high in fat and could pose as a choking hazard if you get one too big. And that the distance between the Leo's eyes is about how wide it should be. I haven't tried it because my female has yet to lay but I guess it works pretty good for putting weight on between clutches

Jayu_Patidur - Dust mealworms, crickets, etc... With calcium once a week, but always keep a calcium dish in with your Leo. If you have a normal size Leo I suggest breeding het at about 55 Grams, if you have a giant leo I would wait till about 85-90 + grams. Also gutload your crickets, mealworms, superworms.

Yeah I always have a calcium dish in there and I gut load my crickets and mealworms. I just need to get her a bit more fat(she's at 46 grams at the moment).

I have a gabf and I fatten him up with hornworms, but I am not sure if that would be good for a leopard gecko?
