ok so the other day i noticed what appears to be a small hole on the end of my leopard geckos nose (like inbetween each nostril) it wasnt there when i bought it and i just noticed it the other day. i just have no idea what it is or how it got like that. i dont have anything sharp in the tank it can hurt itself on. i also dont leave any food in overnight as i know they can chew on the gecko

ive tried finding something on the internet but i cant find anything. it doesnt seem to bother it as it still eats every night, but do i need to be worried or take it to a vet. i cant really take it to a vet atm as i need to save my money to take my bearded dragon first

I wouldn't worry too much about this. It seems like a area that has been rubbed raw. He looks healthy overall. I would just get a bit of neosporin on a q tip get a little bit on the spot. Be careful not to get much on there. Just enough to see it's shiny.

the feeder insects can also bite them, iv had crickets nom on my cresties nose :S
the wound is so small and already healing so i wouldnt waste your money on an ointment this time. just use warm slightly water and a piece of cotton wool to wipe the nose.
nice gecko to :)
