Leopard Gecko hatched without half its face ?

I had a leopard gecko hatch today with severe birth defects. It has a very short tail, it has one eye, and it did not absorb its yolk sack. It seems to only have half its face. Any advice?

I would try to keep him alive, but he may not make it. Leopard Geckos can live happily with one eye. But if his defect affects his feeding and it seems like he won't have a good quality of life here on Earth, then the best thing to do is have a vet euthanize him. Good luck!
