They looks like normals and hypos to me. Hypo is usually reserved for geckos with 10 or fewer spots on their backs. The bands fade to spots and the spots may fade with age so you may not know what to call them until they're a bit bigger.
When they get a little bigger, if they have no body spots they'll be superhypos. If they have less than 10 body spots they'll be hypos and any more body spots will probably have them be high yellows. You can see some of them are starting to lose their spots, but it's too early to tell yet for sure.
I'd put a healthy adult leo with unknown genetic background in the $20-30 range. A bit more if you know the genetics and a bit less if they have slight issues (like a dropped tail) or are under 40g.
