I've had this leopard gecko for a year now, I rescued her from a customer who had no idea how to take care of her. All my reptiles/snakes are hibernating since december.
In any case, she has tile as her flooring with a uth at 95 with a hide, it's on a thermastate (my small reptile rack is hooked up to a thermastate.) She has a hot hide, a "medium" hide (half on the cold half on the hot side), a cold hide, and a most hide (simple moss in a tupper ware container). She has a dish of water and a dish of calcium w/o D3.
She was eating dubia roaches and super worms, around mid november she slowly weaned herself off food and around mid december she stopped eating. She hasnt eaten since( I got her to eat a dubia roach last week), but looks nearly the same in weight (looks like she has lost a couple grams, I have a scale now and I'm going to weigh her tomorrow). But her tail is still fat, and her body is still lean (not skinny but lean).
She's acting normal, in her usual area and doing her usual thing. But, it's been 4 months now since she's eaten. Most of my reptiles are starting to come out of hibernation, I was just curious if leopard gecko's hibernate. I checked her mouth, no mouth rot issues and her belly has no black and looks good. In any case, I was just curious if this has happened to anyone?
