Leopard Gecko in trouble :-(

I believe female leopard geckos can sometimes ovulate even if they don't mate, though I could be wrong.
I've had a female lay eggs without ever mating, but flipping on her back sounds to me like a weird way to relieve the pain.

Inpherno says that the round mass was brown inside so it doesn't seem a follicle, but... A friend of mine had to put down a knob-tail gecko female that wasn't thriving after two surgeries to take out some eggs that she wouldn't pass. When they performed the necropsy, they found another pair of eggs, that were brownish-black! She was diagnosed with herpes... Weird.

Inpherno, if you can provide some pics of the tank, gecko, and the thing she excreted, we may be able to tell you something else.

If you get any other "stool" store it in the fridge until you can take it to the vet. Good luck.

may she rest in peace now

well, this morning i woke up and went to tend to cera, and she had passed away during the night. We fed her emergency food because she hasnt eaten or anything in a week. So to try and help her before 5 today (as today was our apt w/ the vet, because she got sick on a friday, no vets were open till tuesday, and because of work we couldnt take her to the vet and had to set an apt for late today. She pooped last night (liquidy) after feeding her, i moved cera from her little house this morning and she pooped a solid but never moved from that spot, and just passed away. Now i notice a really big bruise on her belly, so an impaction could have been the cause. No way to tell now since she has passed. We are going to burry her properly and may she rest in peace now :-(

.

as a side note, her belly never had this issue until i found her dead this morning. There was a small green dot on her belly, which isnt there anymore, just a really large bruise. Which from what i read is an impaction :(:(:(:(:(

I am so very sorry your gecko passed away. The large 'bruise' on the stomach could be from internal hemorrhaging, or it could be from the blood in her body pooling due to gravity... which is normal. Your gecko may very well have had septic egg follicles, but unless you have a necropsy performed, you will never know the cause of death.

Again, you have my deepest condolences for the loss of Cera.
