A) Health/History
- How often do you handle your leo: Once every 2 days
- Is your leo acting any different today? If so how does he/she normally act which differs from now: Lazy and lethargic. He's usually very interested in everything and energetic.
- Has he/she had any problems in the past, if so please describe: Nope.
B) Fecals
- Describe (look any different than normal): Not really.
- When was the last time he/she went: 2 days ago.
C) Problem
- Please briefly describe the problem and how long it has been going on: He's lethargic and sleeping in random spots. He wont eat food unless its hand fed to him and aim very well. His jaw is a lot weaker than it was and he drops food when he eventually does catch it. It's been going on for about 2 weeks now and hasn't really concerned me until now.

Housing:
A) Enclosure
- Size: 3 foot. Not sure how wide.
- Type (ex. glass tank): Wood with glass doors.
- Type of substrate: Eco earth.
- Hides, how many, what kind: 3. A large cave meant for snakes, a large piece of cork bark and an some old aquarium furniture.
B) Heating
- Heat source: Heat mat.
- Cage temps (hot side, cool side): Too cold I'd say. 75 cold side, 82 warm side,
- Method of regulating heat source: More air vents one side.
- What are you using to measure your temps: Exo terra thermomiter thing
- Do you have any lights (describe): Basic led light and UVB
C) Cage mates
- How many (males, females): none
- Describe health, or previous problems: none

Describe Diet:
A) Typical diet
- What you're feeding (how often, how much): 8-12 crickets once every 2-3 days.
- How are you feeding (hand fed, left in dish, ect): He quite likes hunting, so they usually roam around and they're taken out the next day if not eaten. He is being handfed at the moment though.

B) Supplements (describe how often)
- What vitamin/minerals are you using (list brands): Exo terra calcium suppliment.
- What are you gut loading food with : Jelly pots/ old tomatoes.

Are the temperatures on the floor or in the air? If they're in the air, it's a bit too warm on the hot side. If they're on the floor, the hot side is a bit too cold. I'd recommend low 90's on the floor of the hot side and not above the low to mid 70's in the air (if it's hot in the room in the summer it can be warmer).
Check to see if your exoterra calcium supplement has vitamin D3. If not, you'll need to get a supplement with D3 which is what the gecko uses to metabolize the calcium. If his jaw is weak, he may not be getting enough calcium that he can metabolize.
