Leopard gecko not eating

Hello I was wondering if there is someone who could give us an advice what to do when our leopard gecko is not eating and seems sick.

She did not eat for 3 weeks, is sleepy and weak, has swollen feet and something like air bubbles under her armpits.
We tried to give her warm baths with electrolytes, make her drink water with electrolytes, feed her different types of insect but no luck, we changed light bulb in case it lost its power.

Thank you in advance for any recommendation.

The air bubbles under the armpits aren't anything to worry about. The swollen feet may be more of an issue. I highly recommend a vet visit to rule out gout, which is a bigger deal in geckos than in humans. I'm not saying the gecko has gout, but it's something you need to ask a vet about.
