Leopard gecko sticking out tounge while eating food

My gecko has barely been eating the past 2 months, every time i try to feed her she just sticks her tounge out with the food in her mouth and it sometimes wiggles out. Also, she is really slow with catching the food. I will put it infront of her and she will try to get it in her mouth but fail 9 times out of 10. What is this problem? I'm really worried..
