Leopard Gecko Swollen Tongue?

I have taken this video to try and get help diagnosing this. I have been keeping leopard geckos for well over a decade now but have never seen this happen. This was only noticed in last nights feeding. The meal-worms I am feeding them have been home grown for many generations typically fed Oats and Carrots so I know those aren't the issue.

Fair enough I will see what I can find in the way of reptile vets in my area tomorrow.

It's tongue didn't look swollen until after it eat the first meal work then it swole up so bad it couldn't eat. You don't think its became allegic to anything. Have you tried anything new? Different mealworms food. Different calcium. Something else?
