Put them in a small plastic baggie with the vitamin/calcium and shake! The insects will suffocate if you drown them in the powder, but a quick shake coats them pretty well. Then feed as usual.

Alright thanks! I had just guessed to use that way of doing it but i was afraid i killed 2 of my Crickets because they weren't moving. So from there on i just guessed crickets were too much of a Handful because of how my gecko's can't always catch them and how they make such a mess if they are too big for my gecko. ( He may Rip off its Arm and it will just go around the cage losing all it legs making me a big mess )

When we dust ours we do it in an empty milk jug with the bottom cut off. Then you put tape over the whole where the handle is. This way you can basically lightly sprinkle them with calcium and give it a little shake. You can just dump the crickets in the cage without having to handle them. This can work for dusting of any insect.
If you are not going to feed crickets, what are you feeding your leos? We only feed out leos crickets. Superworms and mealworms are too high in fat. Roaches would be good, but they can be a pain in the neck.

I've always heard that roaches are easier, cleaner, and quieter than crickets. They are a lot more gross though :p

I get a container full of calcium and vitamins and i put then crickets in and I shake it and they are dusted very easy. I use a mealworm container to do all this in.

Oh Cool! Thanks for the Suggestions guys.... I just got my New 100 Count Meal worms today... Should go by real fast though. For 4 Gecko's they eat a lot. Not to mention that i feel bad for them when one watches the other eat some thing that could have been his a few seconds later. So to Avoid bullying i make sure each gecko is Satisfied with there normal meal ( 2 - 3 Worms Per Day ) And if a gecko seems un happy or ready to start a fight i just drop a worm to the gecko that did not get the worm.. But any way if i get Crickets ill be sure to use this Advice... Though I'm for sure staying away from Roaches :) Mess's drive me crazy so i think ill stick with Worms and Crickets for now!

Nah, Josh, all bugs are equally gross!

I use a menagerie of insects for my leos, gargs, and cresties. Ranges from mealworms, crickets, roaches, silkworms, phoenix worms, and waxworms. The latter is a treat, I try to vary it as much as possible.

My brother says there is a smell when I open the roach cage, but I no longer detect it. I breed them for the ease of maintenance, silence (crickets chirp!) and less smell than crix. If you think roaches stink, try breeding only a dozen crickets!
