here in the feeding forum :) when you are on the leopard gecko forum main page, just look at the categories, what kinds of things are supposed to be posted there, and use your best judgement as to which catagory to post in.

It's fine, but it would be better to use at least 2-3 different types of feeders, all well gut-loaded, to make a more well-rounded diet.

food for the mealworms? if thats what you mean, then some good, nutritional choices would be sweet potato, carrots, or kale. i know there is more but that is all i remember right now. avoid lettuce though. it has nothing to offer you geckos.

I agree that vegetables besides lettuce are most nutritional for the geckos, but lettuce does offer moisture to the worms so some should be OK,.

Yea, but so do dark leafy greens like collard and turnip greens and kale AND they offer nutrition. Always use gut-loading foods that work double duty over empty foods like iceburg lettuce and potato.
