Just got these in at work. far left: Super hypo baldy, Top middle high yellow normal, bottom middle possible mack snow(in shed), top right possible mack snow, middle right hypo? this ones pattern is unique looking, bottom right high yellow

I'd say the top middle has a chance of being hypo since it still looks a bit young. The two you think are Mack snows look that way to me and the "hypo" on the right looks like a superhypo (unless there are spots I can't see) with a really nice clean tail.

The hypo description doesn't have anything to do with head spotting. The lack of spots on the head (like the one on the left top) is usually called "baldy" when combined with hypo/super hypo. The gecko mid right looks like a hypo, possible super hypo without the baldy.
