What a great week, and it's only Tuesday!
Monday I had my first (and only, now, as this is my college of choice!) portfolio review at Pennsylvania College of Art and Design. - At art colleges you actually have to not only go through an interview but also present a collection of your strongest work before you are rejected/accepted! - I worked all weekend to get my portfolio just how I wanted it.. And my hard work paid off! My admissions officer was very enthusiastic about all of my pieces and told me right off the bat, "You're accepted, your letter will come in the mail in about 2 weeks!"
Today, things got even better..
If anyone remembers from a couple of weeks ago.. I failed my driver's test on the first try. I was crushed! Well, today I went back for a second try, this time at a different DMV. Though I was extremely nervous, I was graced with a wonderfully kind DMV guy this time! He actually smiled and was calm and relaxed the entire test.. I didn't know DMV employees could be human!
And in the end I breezed through! Vuala! LICENSE!
And to make things even better, I have two beautiful eggs in the incubator, and more on the way, and hopefully a new female leo.. Things are really looking great for me! :main_thumbsup:
