well i recently took in a gecko that wasn't properly taken care of..nothing major(im hoping)..main concern is the gecko wasnt given calcium..so i purchesed this Bone Aid Liquid Calcium (http://www.petmeister.com/item3334.htm)

normally id look it up but reviews from reptile products like this make me alittle "ehhh"

so im asking the knowledgeable community of geckoforums. is this the only calcium ill need to get her back in shape..or should i dust still
they claim 1 dose is enough for a weeks worth(1 drop per 3 inches)

and is this a product i can use regularly or is it a calcium overload

Ingredients are: water, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium sorbate, sodium Benzoate

We have used it (triple dosage) with moon drops (T-Rex also) when one of our female get calcium deficiency after egg laying. We didn't added anything else to the food.

She's perfectly heathy now :)

regulary we use nekton msa(juveniles), nekton-rep + calcium powder from pharmacy.

umm how are you gonna give it to your gecko?

I would assume one would use an eye dropper to place a dob of it on the animals nose, and instinctively the gecko will lick it off. You'd also be able to gently open the Leo's mouth if he/she were tame enough. I know I can do that to a few of my critters.
