Cute lil boogers huh? Now I have to wait till the sisters grow up. Any suggestions on the particular morphs..Mom was a Tremper and Dad was a Raptor but I think I have some hets runnin around.....

That's weird they should both be albino from that cross. One looks like an enigma and the other..? I dunno!

If mom was a Tremper and Dad a RAPTOR then the babies would have to be albino, which these are clearly not. The one on the right looks like a BEE, but at least one parent would have to be an Enigma for that to be true. Can you post pics of the parents?

Yeah, that's why I wanted to see the eyes. Pretty weird that a Bell Enigma het RADAR would be sold as a RAPTOR. :main_huh:

My camera won't do eye shots but I can tell you they are pinkish red.

Do they have any trace of a silver/gray background, or are they a more solid red/orange with darker veins? Is there any chance at all that the eggs were mixed up?

The eyes on the juvies appear to be black I can't see anything else. The male is much more red. I know enigmas have more of an amber/orange color.

Bell Enigmas have red/orange eyes, if he was just a regular Bell the eyes are pinkish with a silver/grey background.

Steve, the Male is a Bell Ghost Enigma. That Female must be a Tremper. Now the Babies are a Stripe that is het for Tremper and Bell albino and the other is a ghost Enigma het Tremper and Bell albino.

Thanks...guess I'll have come up with more bizzaro stuff to drag you out of retirement! Now the ten dollar question is what knid of a male should I look for to make some even better morphs for next year!

What is a Ghost? I've seen that name a few times without any explanation.

Ghost = a look that most of us equate to shedding. It is an animal that looks to be shedding but is not. The morph started out of Ray Hines line of hypos and has been developed in a few other morphs as well. I believe the this trait is dominate.
