Hi all! I'm looking for a reputable , reasonable, reptile vet in the DFW TX area. I tried a couple and i wasn't impressed. I've also made a list of questions to ask the vet and their staff before I take either of my babies there. I have a separate vet for my dog and another vet that sees cats only for my sphynx cat, so now my leos need their own vet too. My next step is to see if my other two vets know a reputable herp vet or small animal vet. So if anyone in my area can send some recommendations I would greatly appreciate it! Neither of my two boys are ill but, I don't want to wait until a problem arises. I should've found one before I got them, but hind site is 20/20. :main_yes:

I used Dr. Gene Giggleman 817-481-6873 for an iguana years ago. He was great.

I don't now DFW particularly, if you were in Austin I could help you!
For a small animal vet I would check into ********'s. I know it sounds like a bad idea :), but I actually worked at two different stores and though the actual stores were lacking the had AMAZING vets! They are used to working with small animals also because when any of the hamsters or rats or ferrets or whatever animals in the store are sick, they go straight to Banfield. I would check around though, because with as many stores as they have, there are bound to be crappy ones out there and you want to make sure you find a good one.
