hello all i am new to this site/forum. i have a 6 yr old leopard gecko whom up until recently has been in great health. but for the past few months has been losing weight at a steady rate. the vet chalked it up to old age saying there was nothing to do about it. now i am in the search for another vet in the area which is difficult to find that sees lizards. i refused to believe at the age of 6 theres nothing we can do and that it is old age. he refuses crickets since he was a baby. quite lazy wants his food nice and in a dish. i feed meal worms and wax worms dusted with a vitamin/ calcium. he is quite thin now. esp his tail. he is eating and pooping like he always has. no change in that at all. just wondering if anyone might have any ideas of what if anything can be done until i find another vet. or anyone with any experiance with this sort of problem. thank you very much.
