So i had my female and male blizzard leaving together, and I'm not sure if the male bullied. But she is pretty thin now, and i just watched her try and poop nothing but clear and a little white. I took male outta cage. She is by herself anything else i should do?

I'd keep them separated, and after a day or so, try feeding your female again. It may take her a few days to realize she is allowed to eat. If she still refuses, and her feces still look odd, I'd recommend a vet visit - possibly for both of them as it could be something they passed between themselves if they are in fact ill.

You should take a fecal example of both to the vet and have it checked for parasites.
