Yesterday my little brother lost my female leopard gecko in the house. We searched for her the whole day, but can't find even a trace. It's cold outside her cage and she is about to lay eggs. Can you suggest me something I can make her show herself like with some kind of scent or vibrations. I will appreciate any help suggestions. :)

If I were you, I'd set out a moist laying hide in each room (or at least in one room where you think she'll notice it), along with dish of calcium and dish of mealworms.. and probably a heat lamp, to attempt to lure her out of hiding, or at the very least provide a place to put her eggs and some warmth. If that doesn't work over night, I'd systematically go through each room and carefully remove everything in it, and if she was no where to be found in that room, return the stuff and block it off and do the same thing in the next room and so on.

If you don't want to lure her, you could also try sitting and waiting in the dark for her to come out seeking food in the night, but I'm not sure how reliable that would be. Not that any of the other things I mentioned at guaranteed success, but I would think the lure and the search would be more successful than waiting in the dark because she may decide not to leave her hiding spot without any incentive.

Good luck, I hope you find her soon!

If you have any dark, enclosed areas close to her tank, check those first. If not there go through each room, get towels and block off any exits and move every piece of furniture if you can. Check every nook and cranny. After checking one room, move on to the next and keep the rooms you have checked blocked off with towels.

I disagree. She wont be able to tell which room is heated and which isnt if shes on the side of the house.
I found a gecko behind a toilet, VERY COLD

I've never tried this, but I read somewhere to put a cricket in one of those vending machine capsules, put it in the room. It was supposed to lure the gecko out because it can see the cricket, and the cricket can't escape. When one of my females escaped she was inside a spare hide I kept on the floor under the futon in my reptile room. She'd gone like 6 feet from her tank. I keep that hide there now as a escaped gecko trap.
