yes and no. Those are the genetics but that pairing would not make them. The SS would have to be at least het Tremper in order to make them and the other breeder would also have to be at least a Snow. But yes a SSTE is a combination of the Super Snow, Tremper Albino, and Enigma

I currently do not have any Snow Tremper Enigmas, but I have Dreamsickles and other morphs consisting of those genetics.

If your asking how long does it take to make one, they are not hard to create at all. However, the better quality snow you put into it the better quality Dreamsickle you will have.
