Hatched this little one today from Mack Snow het Tremper x Tremper Albino. At first, I thought it was a Mack Tremper, then I noticed the off yellowing on the body.

Very clean pattern on that one!

If I may hijack your thread for a moment, I'm thinking about picking up a Mack Ghost male. Do you guys think it could produce some cool double/triple hets when bred to my Super Hypo Tangerine het RAPTOR or Tang Trempers.... or the Eclipse that I recently hatched? :D I really dig the new TUG Phantoms and would love to create something similar. Those Snow Glows are looking very nice too.

Thanks Paul... I'm guessing for it to be a Mack Snow Tremper, it has to be pure white with the pink bands? Also, how do the pastel's work, do they just randomly pop up?

Alex Hue has some info on his site about mack pastels, but to be honest I don't fully understand how they randomly appear from the mack snow lines. To me it's very cool looking, but I can't sell it at shows for even $75, so I'm keeping him.

Thank you :)
You're welcome. How is Newburg these days? Is there still that killer breakfast place? I can't remember what it's called, but it's in an obscure location, not in the center of town. I doubt the traffic has gotten much better in that area, eh? The outskirts of Portland were starting to get pretty crowded when I was there 12 years ago. I still wouldn't mind moving up to the coast around Waldport or somewhere in that region.

Newberg isn't too bad. There is still a great breakfast place right off the 99 by the Shilo Inn. Traffic is a beast though. It's not too bad for me since I live on campus (George Fox University). What part of So Cal are you in? I'm born and raised San Diegain.
