As of now i have the basking lights and red(night) bulbs there to keep the tank warm

Thinking of using flexwatt in the setup for heat and a florescent bulb for light which will give them them uvb i think it is

Would this be fine or is there something else to consider ???

thanks for any info

Have you searched through this topic and looked at people's set ups yet? You really don't need basking lights or uvb lights for Leos. A red light for night time viewing is fine but they only need belly heat. If you can tell whether it's night or day in the room, so can they and that's enough for a light cycle.
