I bought my male gecko last month which was shipped here. Once I got the little guy he ate so much which i was prepared he eat a lot. Well its june now and these past few weeks i swear he has not been eating. I just put him in a 20 long with tiles at the bottom. His warm side runs in the 90s. He is very active i tend to take him out a lot to play because he is the most playful gecko i got. Any one have any ideas why he may not be eating and i can get him to eat. Please help.

It might be that he's eating, but just not as much. As long as he's not losing weight, you're okay. Just keep an eye on him and offer him something different like crickets or maybe a few waxworms. Give him a bit of variety and see if that changes his tune. :)

There, smart person ^
If you don't *know* he's not eating anything at all ... I can see him being really hungry when he arrived, and then calming down a little once he got his stores back up.

Got any pix? Sick or not, it'd be fun to see the little guy. :D

Ooh, look at him ... :D Some other folks can take a look at that, but it doesn't look to me like he's starving just yet. :main_thumbsup: Their tails eventually will get smaller (as they use up fat) if they're *actually* not eating.
