I recently did a pairing of King Diamond(SHTCTB) & Nirvana(emerine) with hope of some nice orange colored babies. I think it was with success
I did it on Sunday and King's man parts are still out after mating its tuesday now and I don't know what to do. I know this ain't normal

a nice soak in sugar water is one of the effective methods of dealing with hemipenal prolapse. i've also heard of people using preparation H. in severe cases, a trip to the vet may be necessary.

good luck!

Peroxide is commonly misused, and thought to be helpful with cleaning wounds. This is actually wrong, and it can actually eat away at healthy tissue. I would avoid it at all costs when it comes to your leo.

changed it to sugar water right after reading the advice and it is helping
almost normal from one soak this morning before work
We got him in a sugar soak right now as I type this
thought the salt water would relax him so he could suck it back in

when a female fights back or tries to get away yes, that's why its important to make sure both the male and female are not only old enough, but the proper weight and in good health. It is also VERY important to make sure that the female is ovulating as well. You got lucky that the prolapse cured itself, they often require veterinarian attention. I would not even attempt to breed that make again any time soon, make sure he has time to recover or it could very easily occur again.

Out of curiosity, what are the weights of your leos you decided to breed and can you share pics of them?

King Diamond is around 2 and a half. Bought from his previous owner who was going off to school. He told me that he raised him from a baby and he said that he was 2. I've had him 6 months.

Nirvana is a few weeks shy of one year old

They wasn't much that looked ruff"violent" about the mating
Didn't look like King was biting Nirvana to hard he barely left any marks. Nirvana was receptive to him didn't put up a fight.

here is new pics

They both look healthy enough, I just would hold off till at least next year to breed him again, if the prolapse hasn't already gone away, I would see a vet at this point.

King has made a full recovery
when I read about some other prolapse issues here on the forum I figured out mine would be okay cuz he didn't stop eating
