Male leopard gecko - underdeveloped hemipene??

Hello. One of my males (hasn't been bred yet, he's a bit more than a year old, 40 grams), who I am planning to breed this season, has a bit of something weird. His left hemipene seems to have not developed properly, because the bulge is missing. I took a couple pictures. Will he still be able to breed successfully with only one potential working hemipene?

(Normal one)

(Underdeveloped one)

Thanks in advance! :)

Actually, it's HIS right hemipene, but I do see what you mean. I think he should do fine with only one working organ...after all, we do, right? ;)

That being said (this is the important part)....I would definately test breed to start out with if you MUST breed him, just to make sure this isn't a genetic deformity.

Personally, I would not breed this gecko.

Thank you!

Well, mine's growing too. He was a few grams less when I got him. My other geckos are All at least 50 grams, besides the babies.
