Well, we have a Patternless, somedays she looks like a he and somedays he looks like a she. We are trying to figure out if we have a Patty or a Patrick. Here is the picture. LMK what you think!

Females have very small "pores" compared to a male. It is normal for the females to have a V-shape there still, it is just not as noticable.
