Male virgin with proven breed female how long?

Hey guys I have a quick question I have a proven breeder female and i virgin make the female isn't fighting him at all but he just can't find a way to lock her and I don't want to over stress her out I have them in the males tub with is a 16 qt tub. Should I just leave her in and let him find his way or give them an hour together the put her back and try again another two days? What do you guys think?

If they're not hurting each other, leave them alone for awhile. Some males don't like being watched, and they do figure it out after awhile.
