I tried pairing my male sunglow bell het radar to my female snow bell het radar. And the male doesn't seem interested at all. The most he does is fall asleep in the corner of her tub. I Know males won't breed with females if they aren't ovulating but I'm 100% sure this female is ovulating. What should I do?

Leave them alone for a week or two. He may mate when you're not watching. Keep an eye on the female to make sure she isn't getting beat up, and keep an eye on her belly to see if the eggs are maturing.

If you leave them together for a week or two, but don't see them breed, there will be signs if it's happened. Look for light bite marks and scratches around the nape of her neck and body, males take a hold of the female while mating and usually leave tells.
