Mating

I have to Leopard Geckos and when i remove the rock that they like to sleep inside of i catch them on top of each other and the bigger one will rub up on the little one and lick her? anything you guys can contribute will be great. there young and i dont know the sex of them to but they are always buy each other and they like to sleep on top of each other

Rubbing and licking is usually not mating. Mating looks more like tail rattling, biting, moving jerkily and getting into mating position. I'm sure if you look on youtube you will find a video. Some geckos seem to do fine sleeping together and on top of each other. Sometimes what looks like being together is really bullying, as the dominant gecko will follow the other wherever it goes and sit on it. Be sure both geckos are eating and gaining weight and that no one has scratch marks on it.

If your geckos are male and female, be sure that the female is big enough to breed safely (at least 50 grams; if she's not big enough and your other is a male, separate them) and that you are prepared to incubate the eggs correctly, feed house and care for the babies and either keep them or find them homes.
