how do you use the meal replacement powder correctly so i don't do anything wrong

Follow the instructions on the package...it tells you exactly how to mix it. Assuming you're talking about Critical Care

It should say on the packaging. If it's the Repashy Super Foods CGD I know it's two parts water to one part CGD by volume... Hope that helps

Make sure you change it every other day or so so it doesn't get moldy or anything.

some people will mix it with baby food from what i have heard on here, i dont do that myself.

Yeah, I'd avoid baby food at all times. Just 2 parts water, 1 part CGD.
