Meal worm breeding feed

So if there was a topic like this already please just direct me to it and then lock this, otherwise...
-Is there something that you feed your darkling beetles that will make them breed like crazy? (ex. feeding oranges to dubia)

-How many eggs do they typically lay at a time? I have about 30-40 beetles right now how many worms should I expect from a two egg laying time period (before I change the beetles bin)
