meal worm colony help needed asap

so i looked in my beetle enclosure today and i saw some tiny worm type things but the were moving quickly and almost a greyish color. I have had these before but this time they were really big and there was a dead beetle and i think i saw a little one of the creatures inside its carcas. i recently threw out all the infested bedding replaced it and i microwaved it this time and put the beetles in there. Does anyone know what these little buggers are?

If there aren't too many of them in there, I think you can just let it be. Just keep everything very dry (including the humidity in the room) so their numbers don't explode. If there are many of them in the bedding, you'll have to ditch it and start over again.

p.s. I'm assuming those are grain mites.

are they a danger to the beetle eggs or beetles themselves?
