meal worms

recently my leo LOVES meal worms but now he wont eat anything else. whenever i put crickets in they just go hide and he cares to have none of them. they walk right past him and he doesnt care. but his meal worms...look out. what should i do?

let him eat meal worms its fine and its an easier feeder than crickets anyway, maybe get some good gutload and some carrot slices in your meal worm container its fine for geckos to just eat meal worms in my opinion.

Mine have gotten like that as well. I think it is more lazyness than anything else. Crickets you have to chase and mealworms just kinda wiggle around. It doesnt really hurt my feelings though becuase I hate crickets anyway. If they like worms try other types of worms like superworms, waxworms, phoenix worms, etc.

careful with them wax worms tho that like candy feed em those too much and they wont even want the mealies anymore

I tried giving him wax worms so he will get nice and FAT but the little brat picked them up in his mouth then flung them out of his dish and kept eating the meal worms.
