What is the proper care for mealworms? what to feed, use as a moisture source etc etc, bedding

I feed my mealworms baby carrots. I use wheat bran as their 'bedding'. I change the carrots ever 4 to 5 days.

I couldn't agree more about that, there are so many places to read up on breeding mealworm also search youtube for some good videos on it too.
