Mealworm to pupa

How long does it take for large mealworms to turn into pupas at room temperature? Thanks

it depends really... but i have found if you dont offer moisture they turn faster... mine have taken about 3 weeks ish to start... now we pluck out 30 or better in a day...

Are pupa safe for geckos to eat or should they be removed asap? - I've been wondering.

why not right? they may not eat them...leo's like the movement of the mealies

they are safe to feed... though mine could care less about them.... but they dont hold much nutritional value because once in that stage of life they do not eat anything... but your gecko wont kick the bucket if they eat em ...

There are something like 13 stages of a mealworms life cycle. The larger the mealworm the closer it is to becoming a pupa.

The growth rate depends on tempature and what ever other factors that are involved.

So what is Room Tempature?
