Mealworms

i got my leo some mealworms and i was wondering if anyones elses MW take a long time to unfrezze from a refrigerater.

Surely they are not frozen, but it usually doesn't take very long, maybe 5-10 minutes

you don't have to put them into refrigerater, just keep them under roome temperature
