They should not have wings, either the culture was contaminated by other fly strains or it was kept too warm. Are you misting the cage? Many lizards will ignore a dish of water and only drink "dewdrops" from misting.
Not yet, but I can. I'll mist him tonight when I go to put more flies in. Should I put the flies in the fridge like my mealworms?

No, the fridge will be too cold for them. Room temperature is fine. I forget the exact temperature, but being kept too warm will allow an enzyme to function which allows them to form wings. My cultures are typically between 70-80 degrees.

Ok! My house is usually between 78-82 degrees, and I put them in a cabinet where it's nice and dark, so hopefully that'll keep it a bit cooler.
