Hey, people. Just wanted to introduce myself and my leo, Snooch.

I recently picked him up from a friend of mine who started breeding leos about two years ago. I'm told that he's an 8-9 month old Mack Snow.
When I first brought him home he looked to be a little on the thin side, tail and all. Since then he's been gaining some size back on a diet of mealworms (will introduce him to crickets some time soon).

He's in a 30 long with Repti Carpet and tile as substrates (however, I plan to change this to sand and tile very soon - sand will NOT be accessible by Snooch).
UTH is on the left side of the tank. It's controlled by a Zoo Med rheostat (thinking about changing this to a thermostat. Yay? Nay?).
I'm using a tree stump hide that sits on a tupperware for his humid hide. There's also a rock hide on the warm side, as well as one on the cool side.
Calcium bowl (Gatorade cap) available at all times, + food and water bowls.
I also use a 50W Zoo Med infrared bulb for night viewing & ambient temps.

Daytime temps average 93 F warm / 75 F cool. Night - 89 F warm / 70 F cool.

I've also been thinking about building a faux rock background and possibly incorporating the tree stump hide into it - or just scrapping it altogether and starting from scratch.

Anyway, here's a few shots of his setup.

Thanks for taking the time, everyone.
gitrdone0420, will do. Just bumped the UTH temps. up.

So it's been just over a week since I've had Snooch. He seems to be getting a lot more comfortable with his new setup. He feasted on a bowl of mealies (20+), something he has yet to do since the move, and he's doing a lot more exploring. I just hope that he gets comfortable enough and calms down a bit, as he's quite jumpy, even when only doing minor cleanup in his tank.
All in all, he seems to be doing a lot better than he was when I first brought him home.
