Saving up for a D300 myself, that poor poor white lens manufacturer. May the days of film and Nikon rule return, but now in the DSLR days.

Wish I could justify a D3. But I'd rather justify pairing up my chondros(pythons) with their respective locality mates.

I hung up my F5 when a guy sold me a Canon 1D for a grand(they were dropping new at $3800 at the time) 1Dx was my camera to compete with when I made the switch.

Still have a few nikons sitting around for good old nestalgic film ! F100/80-200af-S will always be in my collection !!!!
