Metal Bowls, Good Idea or Not?

Today I was exploring in my kitchen and came across a cute little metal bowl, must have come from some cooking set.

Would this be used as a water or food bowl? I have an Exo Terra food bowl but its too big to be use in my tank.

it'll prolly work...as long as they can't tip it. and if its metal i'd def keep it away from the hot side, you dont want it to get blazing hot (like the metal part of a seatbelt in the summer...ouch)
