Mini Vacation Pics

We took off and went to the mountains Thursday and Friday, and I must say it was MUCH needed! We didn't leave the cabin we stayed in most of the time I didn't get many pics, I've been really stressed out lately and needed this bad!

The only bad thing was the cold weather low teens and to me that is freezing!

Mike is crazed about anoles and this place we were staying they were everywhere but he was scared to steal a few of them LOL, everyday on the drive up the hill to the cabin he would go slowly up the hill stalking the rocks they were laying on, I eventually started yelling "PLEASE STEAL THEM" LOL!

Funny that he's crazy about anoles when you are in North Carolina. Aren't they common there? My mom's in Wilmington & they run all over the yard. I'm in MA so I think it's cool when I get to see them there too.

Gorgeous pictures. The teens would definitely make for some serious fire time though!

Yes it was much needed.. the anoles around my house must know im home, cause i never see them!!!!!

How beautiful! It even looks cold in the pictures. I have an anole phobia and we have SO many down here. Next time you want to go camping you two are more than welcome to herp in our backyard, lol.

I see anoles when we go to the mountains but never around my area in the piedmont of NC, but I don't have him with me 24/7 anole hunting either lol.
