You know he's okay when Mom comes to take care of him, apparently she's held him a few times. I have tried to hold him but he's not crazy about it. Merlin's been with us for about a month now, but I will take my time with him as to what I've read here and other sources. The main thing I don't want to do is stress him out. So I'm learning to just kind of watch him for awhile and ever so often put my hand in for a bit to see if he'll come up to it.

Awww, he nommed you?! Wow! Pepper at least never bit me! He was probably just in a bad mood. At least it didn't hurt you. He'll come around .

He was definitely in a bad mood and it was daytime so that probably explains it. He happened to be up though and I wanted to hold him.

Aww! Hehe. I usually either hold mine about 9 in the morning or 9 at night. I'm about to hold him now but I'm an hour later then usual. But he's been up all morning, walking around and exploring his new pot cave I made him. I think he likes it. He looks good and healthy, and his tummy is full. LOL, If he was up and you wanted to hold him, I see no reason why not to.
