Mites?

I think i saw this very, very tiny thing. I think it could have been a mite. Are they dangerous toward a gecko? How do I get rid of them?

Mites are pretty much a non-issue with leos... Due to the lack of over-lapping scales and skin folds, mites have no place to hide, there for making leos an unsuitable host for mites...
