moldy egg help

I had a dented egg and I tried to incubate it with the healthy egg, but it grew mold and was no good. I took it out, but will the other egg be in danger of getting mold? If it is, How can I keep it from getting mold? Also, does mold kill eggs? It seems like it would, but I think the bad egg was bad before it got the mold. And I have the right water to substrate ratio thing. Anyways, thanks in advance for help.

The other egg could be in danger of getting mold, but I am not 100% sure. This has happened to us before and we put the good egg in a completely new container. If you do the same, just make sure that there isn't a big temperature or humidity fluctuation when doing this.

I would not say that the eggs go bad because of mold, I believe that eggs get moldy because they are bad (the opposite). Someone can correct me if I am wrong.

Good luck!!
