I'd say hypo. Doesn't look orange enough at this point to be a tangerine.

Any recommendations on a good mating partner for her?

It depends on what you want to produce and how comfortable you are breeding a gecko whose genetic background you know nothing about. If you breed her to a nice tangerine maybe some of the offspring will have better color.
