I have had this guy for a few months and was hoping someone could help me ID what type of albino he is.

I agree, super hypo and redstripe. The one you label as "leucistic" is a patternless (which some people also called leucistic, but the term isn't really used for leopard geckos). I have no idea whether it is also an albino, though the eyes do look albino.
The "jungle snow": It may be a Macksnow, since many have gotten yellower as they've aged. Technically it isn't jungle, since a true jungle has broken bands in both the tail and the body. This one seems to have broken body bands but not tail bands, so I would call it an "aberrant".

I suppose you could call it a red stripe, but it looks like it is from patternless stripe lines more than the HQ line red stripes.
